Q: How do I protect my account? What should my password look like and how can I change it?
A: It is essential that you use a difficult password and do not share it.
A strong password looks something like this: MrRWkjj&ew4Wc4D.
Passwords may be changed in your BACK OFFICE using the PROFILE function.
Q: What is a PIN for my account?
A: It is the second level of protection for your account. Keep it protected and saved. You will need it for transfers and withdrawals.
Q: What if I lose my PIN? When do I need it?
A: You do not need them to Log In but do need them for all withdrawals and transfers!!!
If you have not recorded them, you will need to write email@example.com and wait for it to be provided to you.
Q: Why Daily Freedom Challenge?
A: Here is an opportunity to change your life and the lives of your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors for .20 cents. Heck, you could go to the nearest foodbank or outreach center and do wondrous things. Does it make sense to pass this up? We are simply a collection of like-minded individuals committed to a cause, ‘financial freedom’.
Q: How does this work?
A: As of 4/2/19 this is a Community Forced Matrix and is totally automated. Please review the chart.
Q: How many Positions and Accounts can a member hold?
A: Members and organizations are allowed only one account from which they may enter multiple positions in that account by using the Purchase Position button in their Backoffice.
It is required that members, once they are in profit, purchase one or two extra positions a day in order to help other members achieve financial freedom. The current maximum number of positions that can be purchased daily is 3. The script stops people from purchasing after they have purchased 3!
Q: What happens if you have more than one account per member or organization?
A: Member's and organizations are ONLY ALLOWED ONE ACCOUNT. ALL OTHERS WILL BE DELETED FROM HERE ON OUT WITHOUT CONSULTATION. .

Q: Can I change a sponsor?
A: Changing of sponsor is not allowed. Double check your sponsor's information before signing up.

Q: How will the auto donating be done?
A: Auto donating will be done from a Member's back office ‘Wallet’.
Q: Which Processor do we use?
A: We use CoinPayments as our Processor. You do NOT need a CoinPayments account. Simply follow the directions when you purchase. You will need to copy the amount of BTC needed into your wallet and the send to address that CoinPayments gives you into your send address field.
A: WITHDRAWALS: They will be completed within 3 days in larger batches. The minimum is $10. DFC is now covering the $1.56 fee from CoinPayments.
Q: What is the PIN? Why do I need it?
A: You need to make a pin and SAVE it! You will need it for withdrawals! SO NOT LOOSE IT.
Q: How am I paid?
A: Withdrawals are made from your Backoffice in BTC ONLY.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We only use Bitcoin, so everyone needs a Bitcoin wallet to receive withdrawals. When you log in click the "REQUEST" button, copy the address there, placing it in your DFC back office.

Q: Is the ‘Start-up Cost’, .20 cents in BTC, a one-time out-of-pocket expense?
A: YES, it is.
Q: Do I need to refer (sponsor) others in order to earn?
A: It's in your best interest to refer others for several important reasons. (1) This is a community dedicated to building a solid team for each and every member. (2) With such a low-cost/high return program such as DFC, there are a lot of people we know and care about who are in need of what you have to offer. (3) You can't reasonably expect a program to grow and provide a stream of income with people not doing their part to build membership. (4) Members of DFC are very much encouraged to refer people directly to their link in this system.
Q: How does the subscription work for positions?
A: You will have noticed by now that the sub-module is in. You may now purchase 1, 2. or 3 positions a day for 30, 60, or 90 days. You may make this purchase every day for as long as you like and make your positions and subs multiply. I checked with the programmer to make certain that my assumptions were correct, and they are. Purchasing subs in numbers will fill in the gaps through spillover, help you earn more sooner, and not affect members who will join us either individually or on the massive teams. It will help them move faster also. In fact, he found no downside and neither do I at this juncture. However, we do want them to fall into the matrix spread out and not stacked necessarily although this is still a possibility. A 30-day sub for one position is $6, 60-day = $12, and 90-days = $18 dollars. (You can do the math from there.) You must have the money in your wallet to purchase or load more to your wallet.
Q: Is there a limit on subscriptions?
A: 1, There is NO MAX to how many subs you can buy!! If you want to buy 500 30, 60- or 90-day subscriptions, you can. There is NO LIMIT or CAP! 2. You can still do your 3 manually per day also!
Q: We can only use an email once. How do I manage multiple accounts for a a: church or family members with it?
A: If you are managing accounts for others who for whatever reason cannot manage them for themselves, that is part of our mission and ministry. HOWEVER, EACH ACCOUNT MUST HAVE DISTINCT IDENTIFICATION. You may, however, use the same email to help you with your task. Use the dot method with Gmail and it will all go to the root Gmail account. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org can be used like this email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com etc.
Q: How are members added?
A: They fall under the next vacant position in the matrix. You will receive spillover from your sponsor and spillover from the DFC Community Link.
Q: What is the bonus button for?
A: It currently does not work. It was part of the original system.
Q: I need to PIF for one of my members. Do I put her user name in the PIF in my back office so it will come out of my funds? Please help. Thanks
A: If they signed under you, there will be a PIF button next to their name. Click it and follow the steps.
Q: How can I help send funds to the PIFF Account?

A: If you want to help your team purchase extra positions (and there is a reason to because they help you in the long and short run) you may use the e-wallet to transfer the funds to them
Q: Current PIFF information?
A: OUR CURRENT PIF POLICY: Our programmer has been asked to remove the PIF module and the Free Member List from your pages. Only the PIF team will be PIFing going forward with a new system. (We need organization to get this done correctly,) Members may only PIF from their Total Referral list as before. If you want to help your team purchase extra positions (and there is a reason to because they help you in the long and short run) you may use the e-wallet to transfer the funds to them

Q: Are there marketing materials?
A: Some ads will be in the FILE section on the Facebook page, more will be added to your Backoffice and some will be added to a thread on the Facebook page. Please look in all those areas.
